To regain compliance, the closing bid price of the Companys common stock must be at least $1.00 per share for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days at any time prior to February 4, 2020. In the event that the Company does not regain compliance by February 4, 2020, the Company may be eligible for additional time to reach compliance with the minimum bid price requirement.
Pursuant to the requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Registrant has duly caused this report to be signed on its behalf by the undersigned hereunto duly authorized.
